Courgette and Yogurt Purée
It’s no secret that I am blessed with a larger than average veg plot and that I grow a tremendous amount of our own fruit and veg. Courgettes are one of my favourite grows because, apart from the fact that they are one of the easiest fruits to grow, they seem to come in an almost limitless variety.
Prompted by an absolute glut this particular July, here is my first offering which, I am delighted to report, went down an absolute treat with both my dogs!
