Delivery times displayed are estimated times only. As per our T&C’s, delivery may take up to 10 working days since all our products are freshly prepared to order. Please see full terms and conditions for further information.

We accept returns for any order which is damaged in the post. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@thedogchef.co.uk.
