Delivery times displayed are estimated times only. As per our T&C’s, delivery may take up to 10 working days since all our products are freshly prepared to order. Please see full terms and conditions for further information.

We accept returns for any order which is damaged in the post or does not live up to your expectations. If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with your delivery for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@thedogchef.co.uk.
